Automatic Movement The automatic movements of the Montblanc watches are wound by the natural movement of the wearer’s wrist. If you cease to wear the watch, it will run for approx. 40 hours. If the watch stops through not being worn, it is advisable to wind it again by turning the crown 10 – 15 times. It is then necessary to set the correct time and date again. more
Quartz Movement The quartz movements of the Montblanc watches offer outstanding precision, even when the watch is not worn for an extended period. It is recommended to change the battery approximately every two years, or when the second hand moves in jumps of 4 seconds. The battery should always be changed by an authorised Montblanc Service Center.  more
